Terms of Service

Welcome to Elahni. By accessing or using our website (elahni.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Elahni is New York’s first wellness speakeasy, offering a hospitality-based contrast therapy experience in a cozy, intimate setting. By reservation only.

These Terms cover shared and private temperature contrast sessions, online reservations, session credits, memberships, gift cards, and related communications.

2. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Current rates are displayed during the reservation process and calculated server-side.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
  • Pack and membership credits apply only to eligible sessions and reservation options, as shown during checkout.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Each session has its own notice window. The applicable deadline is included with your reservation details.
  • If you cancel before that deadline, eligible session credits return to their balance. Card-paid reservations may be returned as Elahni credit or to the original card.
  • If you cancel inside the notice window, the payment or credit is not returned.
  • Self-service rescheduling is unavailable inside the notice window.
  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations.

4. SMS Communications

When you verify your phone number to create or use an Elahni account, you agree to receive service text messages from Elahni about your reservations and your account. These may include:

  • Reservation confirmations and changes, including operational or timing updates
  • Reminders before your session and waitlist offers
  • Notices about your account, payment, or waiver
  • Replies from the Elahni team and two-way customer care

We do not use text messages for marketing or promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out does not affect your reservations or your account; we will reach you by email instead.

5. Accounts

You may create an account using your phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

6. Health & Safety

Temperature contrast therapy involves exposure to extreme heat (sauna at approximately 180°F) and extreme cold (ice bath at approximately 40°F). By reserving a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and understand the risks associated with temperature contrast therapy.
  • You are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by Elahni staff.
  • You may be required to sign a liability waiver before your session.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on elahni.com, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Elahni Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elahni Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
