Welcome to Elahni. By accessing or using our website (elahni.com) and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Elahni operates a wellness bathhouse in New York City offering temperature contrast therapy sessions, including semi-private and fully private experiences. Our services include online booking, session pack credits, gift cards, and related customer communications.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Prices are displayed during the booking process and calculated server-side. Semi-private sessions are $65 per seat; fully private sessions are $260.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount.
  • Session pack credits may be applied to eligible bookings (1-2 seat semi-private sessions only). Pack credits cannot be used for private sessions or bookings of 3 or more seats.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session start time will receive a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session ("late cancellations") are not eligible for automatic refunds. Late cancellation refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • No-shows are treated as late cancellations.

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during booking, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Elahni, including:

  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders (24 hours and 2 hours before your session)
  • Session follow-ups and review requests
  • Customer service responses

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your bookings.

5. User Accounts

You may create an account using your phone number or email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

6. Health & Safety

Temperature contrast therapy involves exposure to extreme heat (sauna at approximately 180°F) and extreme cold (ice bath at approximately 39°F). By booking a session, you acknowledge that:

  • You have reviewed and understand the risks associated with temperature contrast therapy.
  • You are in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation.
  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by Elahni staff.
  • You may be required to sign a liability waiver before your session.

7. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards do not expire. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on elahni.com — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Elahni Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elahni Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
