The private options

How a hosted session runs

In The Signature, your host stays with you, sets the pace, and times each round. You take three rounds of heat and cold: fifteen minutes in the sauna, then one to three minutes in the water. The cold is always yours to choose. You close with a tea or tonic at the bar.

Who books the room

Couples book it for a date night. Friends book it for a birthday or a bachelorette. Teams book it for a private hosted sitting. For a party of five to eight, see occasions. For a team, see corporate.
