Give your members somewhere to recover.

Heat, cold, and stillness, with a host in service. For the gym or studio that wants a recovery component for its members without building one.

A jewel box of a wellness speakeasy.”

I · The recovery half

Training is half the work.

Contrast therapy is the other half: heat that lets the body let go, cold that asks it to come back, and stillness between. At Elahni a host carries every round, so your members arrive after a session and leave settled, with nothing to work out for themselves.

II · What a partnership can look like

Three shapes, none of them fixed.

Every partnership is arranged by email, around your members and your calendar. These are the shapes we see most; the terms come out of the conversation.

01 / For your members

A place your members already know about.

Your members book the Signature the ordinary way, with an arrangement we agree on together. The reset becomes part of how they train with you.

  • Shape Arranged by email, then simple to use

02 / After a class or an event

The room, kept for your group.

A hosted block after a race, a challenge, or a long class. Your people move through heat, cold, and stillness together, in shifts if the group is large, with the tea and tonic bar open between rounds.

  • Best for Race days, challenges, and milestones
  • Shape One evening, arranged around your date

03 / For the people on the floor

Sessions for trainers and staff.

The team that carries everyone else needs somewhere to put it down. A standing cadence, a few seats a month, or one evening for the staff, whichever fits.

  • Best for Coaches, trainers, and front-desk teams
  • Shape A cadence that fits your roster

III · Questions

Useful answers before you write.

How would our members book?

The ordinary way, at elahni.com/reserve, with whatever we agree on together. We set it up so nobody at your front desk has to explain it.

How many people fit at once?

Four guests take one sitting together. For a larger group we arrange rounds in shifts across an evening; tell us the headcount and we reply with what the room can hold.

What does each member need to know?

A swimsuit. Towels, showers, and hydrating drinks are ready here. Arrive ten minutes early; doors close ten minutes after a session begins. Every guest signs the house waiver, and the cold is always their own choice.

Are there health considerations?

Temperature contrast involves exposure to extreme heat (about 180°F) and extreme cold (about 40°F). Anyone with cardiovascular or respiratory concerns, who is pregnant, or who has other relevant medical history should consult their healthcare provider before the visit. All guests must be 18 or older, and each guest signs the house waiver.

How does a partnership start?

Write to us with the gym or studio and what you have in mind. We reply within a working day with our first thoughts, and we take it from there by email.

IV · The door

Tell us about your gym.

The studio, the shape you have in mind, and how to reach you. We reply within a working day.
