Why there’s a cap
The room stays small by design. If we sold memberships without limit, it would stop being the reason people come.
So we hold a fixed number of each kind against the sessions it uses. When one fills, it closes to new joiners until room opens again.

How joining works

- Pick your membership. Checkout opens with the monthly figure, tax included, before you pay anything.
- Confirm your number with a texted code and pay by card. The charge repeats on the same date each month.
- Reserve straight from the calendar; your first credits are already in your account.
Questions
When does my membership activate?
Immediately. Check out and your credits are in your account, ready to reserve. There’s no approval and nothing to wait for.
Should I visit before I join?
It isn’t a rule, but it helps, and it helps you too. A membership is a standing payment for something you should already know you want. If you haven’t been, reserve a single session first.
Can I cancel once I’ve joined?
Any time, from your account. The month you’ve paid for runs to the end, and it doesn’t renew after that. Credits already on your account stay usable until the month is up.
What happens to credits I don’t use?
Rollover and expiry are set per plan. You’ll see the current terms before checkout, and they remain available in your account.
How does the guarantee work?
Members get it the same as anyone. If a session doesn’t do what we said it would, tell the host on your way out and we’ll put the credit back on your account. You don’t need to fill in a form or claim it within a set window. It applies to hosted Signature sessions. For self-guided Reset sessions, tell whoever met you at the door, or text us before you’re down the stairs.
Can I pause?
If your plan offers a pause, the current limits and dates appear in your account before you confirm it.
When can I use my credits?
Each plan’s checkout names its eligible sessions. Current availability appears on the menu and reservation calendar.
Should I take a membership or a session pack?
A membership suits a standing habit, because the rate is lower and the credits arrive whether you plan them or not. A pack suits an irregular stretch, because nothing expires on a monthly cycle and there’s no standing charge. If you come less than about three times a month, take the pack.
What do I actually get charged?
The monthly rate plus New York sales tax at your plan’s rate, on the same date every month. You’ll see the figure with tax at checkout, before you pay.
