Is Elahni a self-guided experience?

No, Elahni is not a free-flow space. Our sessions are thoughtfully facilitated to create a structured and intentional journey. This ensures every guest experiences the full restorative benefits of our practices. As such, it is important each guest arrives at least 5, ideally 10, minutes early.

What does a typical session at Elahni include?

How many people are in a session?

When should I arrive?

To honor the experience for everyone, our doors close 10 minutes after each session begins. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. If you arrive later than this window, entry cannot be guaranteed.

Do I need prior experience with saunas or ice baths?

Not at all! Our guided sessions are designed for all experience levels. Our hosts will support you throughout, offering guidance and modifications to ensure your comfort and safety.

What should I bring to my session?

We provide towels & have lockers & showers available. We recommend bringing a swimsuit and a water bottle. Minimalist, comfortable clothing is ideal for both the sauna and ice baths.

Yes we have men's and women's locker room with showers, hairdryers, etc.

How long is each session?

Sessions are 70 minutes, however please allow allow a little more time after for changing & having a drink at our tea & tonic bar.

Can I book a private session?

Is Elahni suitable for people with health conditions?

Is there an age limit?

Yes, all guest must be at least 18 years of age.

Do you allow walk-ins?

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable due to our intimate session sizes.

How is Elahni different from a bathhouse or spa?

Elahni is not a spa or bathhouse. We're a wellness studio focused on nervous system health through guided Temperature Contrast. Sessions are limited to four guests. Every session is actively guided by a host. The experience is designed around interoceptive awareness, training your ability to sense and regulate your internal state. We call ourselves a wellness speakeasy because the space is intimate, intentionally hidden, and designed for depth over volume.

Where is Elahni located?

12 W 27th St, Floor 2, NoMad, Manhattan. The entrance is intentionally discreet. No walk-ins; all sessions are by reservation only.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and actively consenting during booking, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages including booking confirmations, appointment reminders, session updates, follow-ups, and customer service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS will not affect your bookings or account.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except for the service providers that deliver SMS messages for us. We share phone numbers with those providers solely as needed to deliver SMS messages and operate our services.

Analytics and Session Replay

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity collects usage data and session replays (recordings of on-page interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and the pages you view) to help us improve our services. Sensitive fields, including phone numbers, verification codes, email addresses, and waiver signatures, are masked and are not captured in these recordings. This data is processed by Microsoft in accordance with the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We also use Sentry to monitor errors on our website. When the site encounters a technical error, Sentry may record a short replay of that session to help us diagnose and fix the problem. These recordings are triggered by errors only — we do not use Sentry to record general browsing. Text and input fields are masked by default. This data is processed in accordance with the Sentry Privacy Policy.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with:
