A few useful answers
Does this reserve a private room?
The gift card gives them credit toward their session. They choose an available time and select the private-room option when reserving.
Can the room be for just one or two people?
Yes. The standard private session holds up to 4 guests, with one rate for the room. The daytime option holds up to 2 guests and is available on weekdays from 7:30am to before 3pm.
Can I keep it a surprise?
Yes. Choose “Send it to me.” You can print the code, write it in a card, or share it when the moment is right.
What if they choose a different session?
The card holds money. Its remaining value can be used toward another session; any amount above the balance is paid when reserving. Prices and availability are those in effect when they book.
Does a gift card expire?
New gift cards currently have no expiry. The code works for whoever holds it when they reserve.
