SMS Consent Flow
This page documents the current SMS consent flow for guests who start a reservation on Elahni and complete checkout in Momence.
Current opt-in path
- Guests visit elahni.com/reserve, choose a session, and open the CheckoutModal on Elahni.
- Before any checkout CTA opens Momence, Elahni displays an unchecked optional SMS consent checkbox inside the CheckoutModal.
- Guests may leave the checkbox unchecked and still continue to Momence. If they actively check it, Elahni records that consent selection together with the booking handoff metadata.
- Guests then complete checkout in Momence, where the phone number used for booking is collected during Momence checkout or pulled from the guest's existing Momence booking account.
- Guests can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

The checkbox is displayed unchecked by default and requires an active guest action. Guests can continue to Momence even if they do not check the box.
Phone number collection
Elahni's reserve modal does not collect the guest's phone number directly. The phone number used for SMS communications is collected in Momence at checkout or comes from the guest's existing Momence booking account profile.
Elahni uses that phone number only for booking-related and customer-care text messages when the guest has opted in.
Messages guests may receive
- Booking confirmations
- Appointment reminders before scheduled sessions
- Session updates, such as timing or operational changes
- Post-session follow-ups and feedback requests
- Customer service responses when a guest contacts Elahni

Elahni does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share phone numbers with service providers solely as needed to deliver SMS messages and operate our services.
