SMS Consent Flow

This page documents how Elahni collects consent for transactional and customer-care SMS messages sent from Elahni to guests who book or manage bathhouse sessions.

Opt-in path

  1. Guests visit elahni.comand begin the booking or checkout flow.
  2. During checkout, guests enter their mobile phone number so Elahni can identify the booking and contact them about the session.
  3. Before SMS messages are sent, guests must actively select an unchecked SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not required to complete a purchase.
  4. Guests can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP.

The checkbox is displayed unchecked by default and requires an active guest action.

Messages guests may receive

  • Booking confirmations
  • Appointment reminders before scheduled sessions
  • Session updates, such as timing or operational changes
  • Post-session follow-ups and feedback requests
  • Customer service responses when a guest contacts Elahni

Message frequency varies based on guest activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Elahni: Your Temperature Contrast session is confirmed for Apr 28 at 6:00 PM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Elahni: Reminder — your session is tomorrow at 6:00 PM at 12 W 27th St, 2nd Floor. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Elahni: Thanks for visiting. How was your session? Reply here and our team can help. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Elahni does not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share phone numbers with service providers solely as needed to deliver SMS messages and operate our services.
